I absolutely LOVE these skin and hair tabs, especially what's inside. These are not to swallow. They are sleek gold capsules with a little neck that you cut or twist off. Inside is an emollient that is like a light cream that turns into oil. You apply this to your face (or body) or the bottom part of your hair. At first I thought it seemed greasy but it miraculously absorbed very quickly into my skin. I was concerned about the scent since it contains biotin, vitamin e and aloe-good stuff but I was hoping it didn't have a medicinal smell. It doesn't! Just a very light, pleasant scent. My skin feels noticeably soft, almost silky. Very mild and comforting on skin. I haven't tried it on my hair yet. There are 60 softgels in the bottle. The quality makes it well worth the price.

LOTUS Liquid Magnesium Glycinate Complex. Ever since I’ve been taking this I’ve really have felt calmer. And the taste is quite good… just by itself. This has a flip top which makes so easy to pour. I take two teaspoons a day and don’t even need to wash it down with anything. Being liquid, it absorbs and works quickly!
I am taking this to help de-stress before going to sleep. What surprised me is this actually tastes pretty decent unlike other supplement with its powdery taste. This has like a hint of lime favor. You put 10ml into your water bottle, shake it, and drink it. I will be adding lime+honey to make the drink tastes even better.
Good formula and ingredients. Doesn't taste great, but palatable. The mixture is rather thick like a sauce, so not the easiest form to consume (I would prefer a capsule), but it's pretty cool to see and taste it "live" in its vibrant color and unique flavor so you really know what you are consuming rather than a mystery supplement. Curcumin is well-studied and has known benefits, and I do feel like it's been beneficial for me. No issues or side effects so far, goes down easy.
